Thumb Loop Design
The thumb loop makes wrapping the strap quick and easy. It also helps keep inner gloves secure and maintains a firm grip for faster punches.

Velcro Wrist Closure
The adjustable Velcro strap offers a secure, comfortable fit while providing excellent wrist support and alignment.

Elastic Fabric
Made from elastic cotton, the strap is soft, skin-friendly, fits the hand naturally, and offers enhanced protection during training.

1.Place your thumb through the loop.

2.Wrap the bandage around your wrist once or twice for support.

3.Wrap the bandage across your palm and over your knuckles.

4.Bring the bandage across the back of your hand, then wrap over the knuckles once or twice.

5.Thread the bandage diagonally between your index and middle fingers, then wrap around the wrist.

6.Repeat diagonally between your middle and ring fingers, wrapping around the wrist.

7.Repeat diagonally between your ring and little fingers, continuing to wrap the wrist.

8.Wrap over the knuckles again for extra protection.

9.Finish by securing the bandage around the wrist with the Velcro.
