How to tie a belt in Taekwondo
1. Choose a belt that suits your skill level and length, fold the two ends, press the middle crease with your fingers, and leave a crease at the midpoint.
2. Align the midpoint with the midpoint of the hip transverse fracture line, approximately at the navel, with the thumbs of both hands on top and four fingers on the bottom, palms facing inward, slide to the back of the belt, overlap and press on the back.
3. With the right hand inside and the left hand outside, change the belt and slide forward, with the right end of the belt toward the midpoint, hold the three overlapping belts with the right hand and pull along the midpoint, hold the end of the outer belt with the left hand, and pass through the three layers of belts from bottom to inside.
