1. Quality control system
Our quality control system covers every link from raw material procurement to finished product delivery. All materials must undergo strict inspection before entering the warehouse.
For the materials used to make the outer layer of the protective gear, we focus on checking their comfort and breathability.
For materials used to provide cushioning and protection functions, we focus on checking their shock absorption ability.
For auxiliary materials such as elastic Velcro used to fix the protective gear to ensure that it does not slide or fall off during exercise, we check its adhesion.
We produce sports protective gear, so we need to check the comfort and breathability of the materials to ensure that we provide comfortable and highly protective products to our customers.
2. Employee training and awareness improvement
We are well aware that the quality of employees directly affects the quality of products. Therefore, we regularly train our employees on quality management and material inspection to ensure that every employee is proficient in relevant knowledge and skills and enhances their awareness of quality control. At the same time, we encourage employees to make suggestions for improvement and form a good feedback mechanism so that management strategies can be adjusted and optimized in a timely manner.
3. Handling of aging materials
Our factory has introduced an ERP system that can update inventory data in real time. By establishing a complete material management system, we are able to monitor the shelf life of materials in real time and ensure that fresh materials are used in the production process. For materials with a shelf life of more than two years, we will actively eliminate them to ensure that no expired raw materials that may affect product quality are used.
