Production Process of Taekwondo Head Guard

As a factory specializing in the production of Taekwondo equipment, we strictly follow the industry standards to formulate the production process in order to ensure that the final product is both safe and comfortable to meet the needs of athletes in training and competition.

1. Design and material selection: First, design the style and structure of the headgear according to product requirements. Material selection is crucial. Common materials include polyurethane (PU), synthetic leather or high-grade NBR (nitrile rubber). These materials are wear-resistance, elastic and breathable. Meanwhile we consider the size, shape, weight and layout of the ventilation holes of the headgear when designing. Air holes on the top and sides of the head protector are designed to enhance air circulation and reduce the stuffiness when athletes wear it.

2. Mold making: In order to achieve one-time molding or precise processing of the headgear, high-precision molds need to be made. The mold design is ergonomic to ensure comfortable wearing and effective dispersion of impact force.

3. Mold making: In order to achieve one-time molding or precise processing of the headgear, high-precision molds need to be made. The mold design is ergonomic to ensure comfortable wearing and effective dispersion of impact force.

4. Assembly: The different parts of the headgear, such as the ear protection part, mask, fixing straps, etc., are assembled together by sewing, gluing or snapping. This stage also includes the installation of internal cushioning materials, such as foam or gel pads, to absorb impact. An adjustable Velcro strap or buckle is installed on the back of the head protector to ensure that the user can adjust the tightness according to the size of their head to achieve the best stability and comfort.

5. Quality inspection: Each finished product must undergo strict quality inspection, including appearance inspection, strength test and safety performance test, to ensure that it can withstand a certain impact without damage and meet relevant safety standards.

6. Packaging and delivery: Qualified products are packaged after cleaning, attached with instructions and necessary certification labels, and then shipped to distributors in various places or directly supplied to consumers.
