1. Boil water and pour it into a cup.
2. Place the mouthguard in the hot water for 30-90 seconds.
3. Remove the mouthguard, let it cool to a comfortable temperature, and place it in your mouth4. Position it correctly and bite down firmly while applying even pressure with your fingers and tongue.
5. Hold it in place for about 30 seconds to ensure it molds to your teeth6. Remove the mouthguard carefully and cool it completely under cold water.
7. Try it on to check the fit.
8.If the mouthguard does not fit properly, repeat steps 1-7.
